Triple Shredded Bark Mulch

Composition

100% pure hardwood bark.  Mostly oak, cherry, poplar, and maple.

Description

The bark has been triple shredded to a fine texture.  It is dark brown and stringy.  The color does vary slightly depending on how long it has been aged.  It typically runs the color of coffee grounds or chocolate.   This is the most common mulch.  Sold by the yard.

Uses

• Decoration around trees, shrubs, and beds.

• Best choice for: Moisture retention

• Adding nutrients to soil

• Helping the plants

• All new beds or newly mulched areas should be mulched with shredded bark the first time.
